Description
The Magnetic DM02 is a 2-channel inductive loop detector module that plugs into a free slot on the MGC or MGC Pro barrier controller. It adds two loop channels to the barrier's built-in detector, for up to 4 loop channels in total. The module sets itself up through plug and play, and all settings are made from the controller.
Each channel has 10 sensitivity levels and 2 frequency ranges (high/low). Inductance range is 70 to 500 µH. Current draw is 50 mA. Loops connect to pluggable screw terminals. Loops can be set as safety (monitoring), opening or presence loops. The barrier scans all loops in turn (multiplex mode) to prevent crosstalk. Two added channels can be used for direction-of-travel logic at a ticket dispenser.

- Every Magnetic barrier already has a built-in loop detector. Add the DM02 for extra loops such as shadow, presence or direction loops.
