Description
Discontinued by Reno A&E. The BXC-4 is a compact single channel loop detector with two relay outputs and a rear 11-pin Amphenol connector. It runs on 12 VDC, 24 VDC or 24 VAC (10 to 35 V AC/DC). The housing is 2.50 x 1.55 x 3.50 in, excluding the connector, smaller than the standard BX.
Output A is True Presence. Output B duplicates Output A, or gives pulse on entry, pulse on exit or a fault output. Eight sensitivity levels are set on a front panel rotary switch, with four loop frequencies on DIP switches, a 2 second delay, sensitivity boost and detect memory for power drops up to 2 seconds. Fail-safe operation. It operates from -30°F to 180°F.
